I'm just having an out of sorts kind of day. Yesterday we met with the priest of our local Catholic church and his rules regarding our wedding ceremony were a bit overwhelming. It's because it falls during Easter week. I am not the best Catholic, so I assumed since our wedding day was a week after Easter this would not be in the way. Apparently, it continues the week after the day as well. A lot of the ceremony has to be geared toward Easter then. Not sure exactly what this entails. John has to call him and go over it again today. When he asked me if I had any questions yesterday, I froze. I was also told I'd have to start the ceremony at 2 pm which I didn't want. Again, lots of rules.
It's really hard to want to be a part of a church and then be faced with all the hindrances. John is a much more go-with-the-flow kind of person which is the complete opposite to my freak-out-over-everything self. When I think he isn't understanding my thought process, I normally call Erin and she'll tell me if I'm being crazy or not. It's really nice to be both going through weddings at the same time so we can vent to each other.
Anyway, I'll try not to stress about this stuff until I have some more answers. 'Try' being the operative word.
Here's a pic of the church...
