Last Friday night I ordered a pizza and John and I settled in for pre-debate coverage, the actual debate and 'Real Time with Bill Maher' afterward. Besides my obvious feelings on the issues at hand, what struck me as one of the most interesting moments of that evening was how much my husband kind of looks like John McCain. Yeah. I don't know if it's the shape of their heads or what but it equally makes me laugh and scares me. I think he could pass for a member of that family. Thank heavens they don't share any of the same politics. Could you imagine?
So tonight as we gear up for the first and only Vice Presidential debate I won't be as distracted. Well, that and I'm dying to hear what kooky catch phrases come out of Sarah Palin's mouth and praying Joe Biden can show this country what a real VP candidate looks like.

What did you think of the debate last night?! I'm seriously moving to Canada if McPain gets elected.
One thing about McCain is he strongly feels women are just as competent as men, but in my opinion made a poor choice of one for his VP ! John would need to be showing a bit more gray for me to see the comparison!
