According to this website, the average rainfall in inches for Philadelphia is 44 and in Seattle it's 38. I knew it rained more here!
I went from growing up in constant AZ sunshine, to a stint in Seattle, back to constant AZ sunshine and now this? I must be out of my mind.

It rains more in D.C. than Seattle, too. That's why I think I might just love Seattle! ; )
It's sunny here today... hope it is in your neck of the woods, as well.
It also rains more in Portland than it does here in Seattle- Who started that rumor anyway?
