Show And Tell

A couple of days ago I had my first real estate showings thanks to my sister-n-law whose parents are looking for a home in Bucks County. It was pretty neat, I must say, and I definitely enjoyed myself. It's really cool to have my first clients and even cooler that I paid my money and dropped off my application to the local real estate association board so that I can officially call myself a Realtor (insert trademark here) now. Did you know you can be a licensed agent, but not have the all important title available to you until you join? Learn something new everyday I tell ya.
