Recently in a magazine I saw a photo of a woman who used hundreds of old Scrabble letters to tile her entryway floor. I thought it looked super cool and according to her was easy to do and has held up for the last several years since it was treated properly from the get go. I was thinking it might be neat to use them as an alternative to a tiled back splash, as I start to mull over unique ideas for our kitchen remodel on the horizon. Seems like the possibilities are endless if done the right way.
