Kitchen Revamp Part 2

Over the last couple of months, John has been working on putting the finishing touches on our kitchen and he finally completed it last night with the addition of our backsplash. We ended up going with the painted tin ceiling and it was definitely an easy install. We also went with cork flooring to replace our ugly, old vinyl and I'm really happy with the way everything came together. It's so nice to walk into your kitchen and have everything new and in it's place.

Yesterday my due date came and went. Our baby seems really content in my stomach for now, which has ultimately meant the completion of more house projects before she arrives. John also installed nine new windows and hung our Christmas lights. Now we'll have much more family time when she does decide to arrive.
