My little girl is growing so fast that I'm hardly keeping up with her. Ol' Mom is already behind the times. On Friday we went in to the doctor's office for her four month check-up and sat all proud while she showed her doc how she rolls, coos and holds her head up so well. We also discovered that Natalie is in the 91st percentile for weight and 80th for height among babies her age. All that means is that she is definitely growing ahead of schedule. She is 15 lbs which is the size of most six month old babies. It's a little hard to believe but her doctor keeps calling it 'wonderful' and I tell her I owe it all to breastfeeding and maybe a little to her Dad's genes.
Sometimes I feel like I've blinked and she has changed so much. I have to remember to pause and try to take all these moments in. It's all happening so fast.

I love you, but I can't believe your baby is in the 80th percentile for height! Must be John's genes, huh? : )
Natalie gets more adorable in every photo I see of her. She really should be some sort of baby model.
