Yesterday we spent the afternoon painting our bedroom, which immediately transformed it into a cozy space and I still have to put up new curtains and artwork. I was definitely gun shy on the color, but after some encouragement from a friend (thanks A.) and my gut feeling pushing through, I went with a slate color in a gray/blue feel that I am in love with. I highly reccommend it for anyone looking for a 'new' neutral wall color. It was another great find from Sherwin Williams, despite it's unfortunate name (Mineral Deposit).It's amazing how much a bedroom make-over can make one feel grown-up. I kinda dig it.

Great color, Jack. Perfect for a restful bedroom. I have to say the color name has me really smiling though... Mineral Deposit, lovely.
