All The Ladies

My Mom and Nan arrived safely to PA last Thursday and we spent the last several days laughing, eating and just enjoying each other's company. It was truly one of the more special times that I can remember. Almost four generations of women together.

Yesterday we had to take Nan to the airport which was terribly sad, but I was so happy to have had that time with her and I can't wait to tell our baby about the fun moments we had in the last weeks before her birth. Not to mention how her grandmom and 77 year old great-grandmother took a cross-country road trip to be here!

Having my Mom around has already helped so much. It's amazing how different it is to actually have someone here to do things with. I'm so used to doing so much by myself, but it's a welcome change, especially as it gets harder and harder to take on everything I did before on my own.
